Jetstream provides a text assistant that helps businesses follow up with customers who call or text them. This page explains what information we handle and why.

Who we are

Jetstream is based in Toronto, Canada. Contact us any time at hello@jetstream.travel.

What we collect

  • From people who book a call with us: name, business name, business type, email, phone number (optional), preferred time and any note you add. We use it only to arrange and run the call.
  • From customers of the businesses we serve: the phone number that called or texted, the text messages exchanged with the assistant, the details they give (for example trip dates or the service they want) and the time of the contact.

How we use it

Customer details are used only to pass the inquiry to the business the customer contacted, so the business can follow up. We do not sell personal information and we do not use it for advertising.

Who handles it

We use service providers to send texts, store records and run the assistant, such as telephony, automation, database and AI providers. They process information only to provide those services to us.

How long we keep it

We keep conversation records only as long as the business needs them to follow up, and we delete a conversation or a business's data on request.

Texting and opting out

Anyone can reply STOP to a Jetstream text to stop receiving messages, or HELP for help. See Terms and texting.
