Terms and texting
Last updated: November 2026
These terms cover the Jetstream text assistant and the messages it sends.
What Jetstream does
Jetstream helps a business reply to customers who text it, call and are not answered, or call after hours. An assistant asks the questions the business has chosen and sends the business a summary. Jetstream does not quote prices, check availability, make bookings, take payments or access a business's systems.
Text messages
- You receive a text from a Jetstream number only because you texted a business that uses Jetstream, or you called it and the call was not answered or came in after hours.
- We send one initial message per caller per day, plus replies during the conversation you start.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or email hello@jetstream.travel.
- Message and data rates from your carrier may apply.
- Delivery depends on carriers, and we cannot guarantee that every message is delivered. Callers on landlines or with blocked numbers cannot receive texts.
Not for emergencies
Jetstream is not an emergency or medical service. Do not use it to contact emergency services.
For businesses
- You are responsible for using Jetstream lawfully, including any consent or notice your customers are owed.
- Free trials are limited to a small number of businesses and last 7 days from the first real caller or text. After that you can choose a monthly or longer plan, and you can cancel any time.
- The service is provided as is, and depends on your phone provider supporting forwarding of unanswered, busy or unreachable calls.
